This project is currently being developed and tender drawings have been prepared for evaluation. The design includes a large garage and a studio being constructed under the ground. The main house has a basement accommodating a swimming pool and cinema room there are three upper floors accommodating living space and a kitchen on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first and second floor. The main structural format will be in formed Insulated concrete panels and the large spans and cantilevers will be formed in reinforced concrete. Sustainability and minimisation of the carbon footprint has a very high priority on this project and extensive research has been carried out to deliver on this brief. due to a very high water table the foundations will be formed in piles and the ground floor slab will be suspended.
