Spring Walk

The structural concept of this unique house has developed as options of steel frame with precast beam and block floor or as an insitu reinforced concrete frame. Large areas of cantilever has been formed as a combination of reinforced concrete shear walls and steel beams. The ground conditions are ideal for the building to be supported on reinforced strip and raft foundation. There has been complex coordination work with the services engineer to incorporate all the services within the zone of the structure. Tendering process will be resumed in the new year.
