Rectory Road – Barnes

The basement construction for this project was formed by sequential underpinning of the entire house. The construction of the slab had to be formed in very strict sequences due to difficult ground conditions and linked together to form an inverted raft. The slab was also connected to several steel frames supporting the entire weight of the building above. The rest of the house was also totally modernised and refurbished by reconfiguration of the structure.
