The ground floor refurbishment with a rear extension showcases a well-executed steel frame design, balancing structural integrity and minimalistic aesthetics. This project highlights the importance of meticulous planning, innovative design, and collaboration between structural and architectural teams to create a seamless and functional living space. To create a seamless integration of the new extension with existing structures while accommodating various changes in level.  The design aimed for a clean and understated appearance, achieved through careful selection of materials and structural elements. The structure had to accommodate varying ground levels while maintaining stability and structural integrity.
