Our latest project showcases a contemporary design blending robust engineering with sustainable practices. It features an in-situ reinforced concrete core for stability and a steel cantilever system for striking overhangs. Insulated timber frames and SIP panels enhance energy efficiency and structural integrity. Currently under review, the project optimizes space and functionality with essential services housed in the core. The cantilevered areas provide outdoor spaces and contribute to the building’s sustainability.
