Our structural engineering team transformed a historic Soho building into enhanced office space. We installed a modern lift, expanded the basement, and elevated the loft room. To address the building’s age-related challenges, we strengthened the distorted timber floors using innovative stitching methods. We also complied with English Heritage requirements by providing a detailed structural report. This project revitalized the workspace while preserving the building’s historical charm.
