Bathurst Lodge

This project involved modernizing a residential dwelling in a conservation area. Due to the building’s poor condition, the internal supports were completely redesigned with complex temporary works. Advanced engineering solutions were used to stabilize the structure, and the modern extensions were seamlessly integrated with the original building. Structural safety and the preservation of the building’s historical essence were ensured using state-of-the-art design techniques.
