The project encompasses a comprehensive refurbishment of the interior spaces across all levels of the building, focusing on maximizing functionality and aesthetics while adhering to structural integrity and modern design principles.  The structural engineering design of the lower ground level involves extensive demolition and reconfiguration of existing layouts to enhance spatial flow and usability. Prior to modifications, a thorough structural analysis was conducted to evaluate the load-bearing capacity of existing walls and floors. Reinforcement strategies were developed to accommodate new openings and modifications.
