This project entailed an extensive refurbishment of an existing residential property, meticulously transforming it to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Significant structural modifications were executed, included the construction of a new rear extension, Internal structural modifications involved removing load-bearing walls to create open, flowing spaces. This allowed for the implementation of double-height ceilings and large-span openings. A highlight of the project was the design of a bespoke curved staircase, which required detailed planning and precise execution from a structural engineering perspective to ensure both safety and elegance. Driven by our client’s meticulous attention to detail, every aspect of the refurbishment was approached with precision and care. The result is a harmonious blend of enhanced functionality and modern aesthetics, tailored to the unique vision of our client.
