Cumberland Terrace – Regents Park

A new loft room was created within the space available in the existing roof using lightweight steel frame. A special transfer system was designed to avoid the impact of the additional loading onto the flats below as it was difficult to gain access to these flats and impossible to undertake any strengthening work.
