In refurbishing five historic office buildings, our structural engineering team enhanced structural integrity while preserving architectural heritage. We balanced modernization and conservation, focusing on floor strengthening, façade restoration, and reconstructing essential elements. Innovative solutions improved load-bearing capacities and thermal performance without compromising original designs. Collaboration with conservation officers ensured creative, respectful modernizations. Using state-of-the-art methodologies, we achieved effective, sustainable refurbishment, enhancing safety, preserving history, and increasing functionality.
