Platinum House – Harrow

“Transforming a reinforced concrete office building into residential units, our project seamlessly blends innovation with meticulous planning. Extensive concrete and reinforcement testing preceded the design of unique balconies and a luxurious three-storey penthouse featuring a leisure centre. The highlight: an intricate steel grillage system supporting a rooftop swimming pool, efficiently distributing loads to the existing reinforced concrete columns. This project was an example of structural engineering excellence and bold design for supporting cantilever balconies.
