This project involved constructing a spacious basement beneath a garden,  enhancing functionality, aesthetics, and property value. The basement spans the entire garden, creating a versatile underground space with robust, water-resistant walls made from contiguous bored piles. A luxurious swimming pool, equipped with energy-efficient heating and modern filtration systems, runs the length of the basement, serving as a focal point for leisure and fitness. Adjacent to the pool, a fully equipped gym with high-end fitness equipment and natural light promotes an active lifestyle. Additionally, a dedicated cinema room with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and optimal acoustics offers a luxurious movie-watching experience. Above the basement, the garden deck is designed for planting.
